“ A little hard to find since it's on the 2nd level of a building and their sign didn't say "Sulbing" it said dessert cafe or something like that. Since it was on the 2nd floor we first decided to take the stairs, but the door to go in was locked, forcing us to walk back down and take the elevator up one level. We got the red bean green tea snowflake and it was very delicious! ”
